Medical Malpractice rates continue to soften

Rates for medical liability insurance continues to trend downward, with some states reporting rate reductions of up to 35% as the market continues to soften. Certain specialties in particular, such as anesthesia and alternative medicine are now determined to be less risky due to favorable trends in claims reporting.
