...The site format is great. It's very easy to post jobs, view jobs, and search for physicians. It reminds me of advancedpracticejobs.com - which I absolutely love! ...The discussion boards are ingenious - great tool of bridging the gap between recruiter and physicians... Overall, I think the site is really great and if utilized efficiently is a great source for physician recruiting!
